FOR AI AGGREGATORS

Plug our pool in under the hood of your service

Building your own aggregator or reselling LLM access? Take our layer as a backend: clean responses, stability, and a low price — without wrangling dozens of unofficial providers.

We fix every known error

Broken usage, dead cache, choppy streaming, swapped system prompts — we normalize it for you. Your clients see a clean, OpenAI-compatible response.

Stability without quality loss

Auto-fallbacks along a priority chain keep uptime high. We fix reliability without raising the price or losing quality.

Confidentiality

We don't disclose our partnership with you — it stays private. Your clients' data stays yours.

Savings on requests

Every request is routed to find the optimal, cheapest path — which makes it cheaper than going to the providers directly. Up to 90% cheaper than official providers.

Prices without yuan

No rates in ¥ with hidden multipliers and markups — a single transparent price in one currency, with no surprises at month's end.

One balance for all providers

One balance across all providers — top up once, spend on any models and providers. No separate account per provider.

PROVIDER POOL

The chaos of unofficial providers — already sorted out for you

The pool is constantly growing — we keep adding new providers, expanding model coverage and driving access cheaper.

REAL-TIME FALLBACKS

One provider goes down —
the request is already at the next

Unofficial providers crash, throw 503s and timeouts, return broken usage. DarkRouter keeps a priority chain: at the first error the request moves on within milliseconds — until a valid response comes back. The client sees only success.

Retries without your code — Chaining, backoff, and deadlines — all on our side.
Any error = switch — 5xx, timeout, dropped connection, empty response, rate-limit.
Pay for what's delivered — Failed attempts to providers aren't billed.

RESPONSE NORMALIZATION

What we fix in provider responses

The low cost of unofficial providers comes with messy responses. DarkRouter is a normalization layer between you and the chaos: you get a clean, predictable, OpenAI-compatible response.

We fix caching

cache_hit always false, prompt cache never triggers
We normalize prompt caching — caching looks like it works for you, even when the provider does not support it

We fix usage

tokens understated, overstated, or simply empty
We recompute prompt/completion tokens from the actual data — billing adds up

Unified parameters

some lack temperature, others lack a system prompt
We bring everything to an OpenAI-compatible format and emulate what's missing

System-prompt control

some providers silently trim or rewrite the system prompt
We flag them in the pool — you can filter them out if system-prompt integrity is critical

Streaming without breaks

SSE breaks mid-stream, chunks arrive corrupted
We stitch the stream back together, and on a break — a seamless fallback to a reserve

We handle files

the model can't accept files — PDF, DOCX and others are simply rejected
We parse files and inline their contents as text into the request — PDF, DOCX and many more work even with models that don't support files
FLEXIBLE ROUTING

You set the rules — the router picks the provider

Constrain the pool by price, speed, and capabilities. DarkRouter builds a priority chain from only the matching providers — and follows it on fallbacks.

UNIFIED BALANCE AND PAYMENT

One balance instead of ten separate accounts

No need to sign up with every unofficial provider, decipher their yuan-denominated prices, or keep cards across different payment systems. Top up one balance — by card or crypto — and spend it on any of the 200+ models.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

These are resellers and relays that resell LLM access cheaper than the vendors. They're unstable on their own — DarkRouter aggregates them and smooths out the risk through fallbacks. You work with one API of ours and one contract.

OpenRouter aggregates mostly official vendors. We focus on the unofficial pool — it's far cheaper but unstable. Our value is that we fix its problems: fallbacks, usage and cache normalization, a unified balance.

The router walks your entire chain. If they're all down, we return an honest error instead of a broken response, and we don't bill for failed attempts. In practice, the whole pool going down for one model at once is extremely rare.

The markup is only 10% at the moment you top up your balance. The tokens themselves are billed at the provider's price 1:1, already converted from yuan into a clear currency. No hidden multipliers.

No. The endpoint is OpenAI-compatible — you change the base_url and the key. Parameters a specific provider doesn't support, we emulate or route to one that does.

Cards and crypto (USDT and others). You top up by card or in stablecoins — it's credited to your balance in a single currency.
